Even though the dopplerganer's body had shifted making contact the range seemed slow with that moment smiling knowing his other half would attack. He quickly shifted his weight towards his right foot allowing the body to drop back a bit as the attack quickly went past him. "Not bad...you seem to know we are equal in some ways however, when you really look at the things before you. Just because one is able to be in range the other must be able to react quickly enough. You cannot seem to grasp that knowledge. Open your mind to see why I was able to avoid that attack carefully." Smiling the dopplerganger was standing with its arms crossed watching and waiting for the next move of its other half.

Time seemed to stand still as Nagakoto’s counter attack; one that he was positive would connect, missed. He watched as his clone effortlessly dodged the attack. With the way things were going Nagakoto began to wonder who was the original and who was the clone.
“Damn…I took the attack for no reason?!”
Nagakoto thought to himself. Nagakoto became lost in his own thoughts he almost didn’t even hear the Jonin hell at him. Nagakoto looked at him as he spoke, but as far as actually listeing to the higher-ranking shinobi….
“I almost forget that guy was even here. I’ve been so pre-occupied with this damn clone, I don’t even…”
Nagakoto stopped himself in mid sentence; he realized that he was starting to become stressed from the battle. He knew that once this happened this battle was good as over.
“I can not afford to get mad right now, I have to calm down.”

Nagakoto said to himself regarding the opening that he managed to see in his opponent’s attack. This was the first time since the fight started that he actually felt that things were finally working in his favor and he was not going to waste the opportunity.
“I guess I won’t have to active my Tengan after all. Good. I don’t think I have the stamina to keep it maintained at the moment.”
Nagakoto said once again, thinking to himself. As he watched his clone’s foot come down on him, Nagakoto bent his knees and prepared himself for his counter attack. He easily dodged the attack and countered with an uppercut to his clone groin area. [118 words]
