Asura felt the weight of the water run down his back and around his shoulders as he meditated under the water fall. It was the training that was best for pushing up one's endurance. Since he spent so much time training with body weights, using them in fights with Ravana, he knew he couldn't balance out his training so well. So now he worked to make his resistance to onslaught stronger.

All the while he meditated and focused, allowing his chakra to strengthen his body and increase his stamina for taking damage. And so he continued this for a few hours, the water both soothing but strengthening his body.
