Waterfall Training (Solo Training-- Nexus Stats X 7)

The roar of a rushing water echoed from the narrow valley. Those inside the small valley could hear the natural sounds in this area, the walls vibrating the sounds. FOr this, there was only one person inside--  Asura. The man was soaking wet now as he sat there-- the weight of the water pouring down upon him.

The young ninja was now under the direct stream of the waterfall. It  was a classic form of training to press one's stamina and strength by meditating under the pressure of a waterfall. The water would continuously put pressure on him, allowing his sense of stamina to grow. A simple step forward to becoming stronger and building his physical stamina for Taijutsu and ninjutsu.
