He awoke before Dawn, preparing himself to meet with Hyuuga Tokuyo as requested the day before. It was then, as he began to walk towards the field, that he had been intercepted by an Uchiha that he had been fairly familiar with.
“Shizou…”
“Young Heise…” the older man before him replied. “We’re setting off for the Mist Village. Immediately.”
“I have to meet with Tokuyo…” he replied.
“Don’t worry about him. I’ve… persuaded him to reschedule. We have a more pressing issue as of now…”
“What can be more important than-“ Heise began, before Shizou raised his hand, revealing a packet of medication.
“I’m running out… which means Flower won’t last much long. We’ve also caught wind that your friend has used his Mangekyou was more than he should have. Soon, he will be blind. The time is now…” Shizou said.
“Ok, let me just-“ again Heise began.
“No time. Mei will understand. We won’t be gone but a few days. Then we will return… I left a note for her.” Shizou said. Heise, standing firmly, wanted to refuse to leave Mei-Lee behind. But, he understood this importance.
“Yes sir…”
