The rainfall is almost persistent, making it similar to the Village Hidden in the Rain. In the center of the storm, lies a ruined abandoned village. Some say the storm is a form of barrier jutsu that went out of their control and that destroyed them with their jutsu. However, some rumors say the village survives within this country, out of sight from the rest of the world.
