| Asura had now made his way to the steep hillside of Iwa's mountains. The sky was deeply overcast as Asura prepared for another one of his training sessions with Ravana. The manic of a rogue ninja really had a dirty plan up his sleeve this time. Asura was at the bottom of the massive hill, and as thunder rumbled in the distance, he could see a shadow of the large bastard at the top of the mountain top.
"Glad you could make it!" Ravana shouted with a gleeful sound in his voice.
Asura looked up at Ravana, several meters away. "What are you doing up there!!" Asura called out.
"YOu're training kid!" he shouted back. "Step towards the foot of the mountain over there." At that, Asura cautiously got closer and closer to the spot. He didn't know what Ravana had planned, but this didn't seem orthadox. "Little more, to the right-- yes yes that's it... perfect!"
"WHat now?" Asura shouted back.
And that was when Ravana grinned. "Just stay still for a second," he said and made a one handed hand sign..
CHOMP!! Stones suddenly rose up and encased Asura's feet, locking him into place on the ground. Seeing this, Asura immediately tried to pull free but couldn't!.
"HAHAHAHA!" Ravana laughed, seeing how gullible Asura was. "You're training today, I'm going to hurl boulders down at you. You're job is to survive."
Asura looked at his bound legs. "HOw the hell am I suppose to dodge the boulders if I can't move! "
At that moment, Ravana stomped into the ground and from it, a boulder shot out into the air and hopped back to the ground with a thud. "That's the thing kid! You don't!"
Ravana then gave the boulder a shove and it went tumbling down the hill, about to hit Ravana with increasing speed!
"WAAAAAH!!" Asura screamed and braced himself.
The point of the training was to build up his endurance, his durability against assault. Much like the water fall training, but now he had to endure being hit by boulders being thrown at him!
Asura braced himself with his arms and his stance forward as the boulder hit. It struck with a loud slam and he felt it as if it was one of Ravana's punches. However, the rock shattered as it hit. Stunned, Asura looked, surprised he was still alive and even more so, that the boulder had been smashed to bits by his strength alone.
"WHa-- what the?" Asuara gasped.
"Heh, looks like I am not the only one any more who has to be careful about his strength!" he said from above to Asura. "You keep putting your body into it and taking those hits you can tolerate as much as I can. Maybe..." he added with a sadistic grin.
Ravana once again stomped and produced a boulder. "Get ready for a beating kid. You're gonna look like road kill when I'm done with ya!" he bellowed and threw another one down.
"Oh great...' Asura groaned as he braced himself. THe next boulder came rolling down and struck, feeling like a blow from a truck!
This process continued, but Asura was still alive. But he felt like a punching bag. He HATED Endurance training but alas, that was what had to be done. Still, Asura would be feeling this for a good week afterward. Ravana's training methods might very well be the death of him.
