Time Skip Award [Remake]

Because of the bio issue, the time skip awards are being changed around a bit. I understand its like "ah come on." right. Well really its not that bad actually. its a pretty easy system as I was doing the other one in a quick and easy motion sadly... But here it is everyone.

So I'm planning on getting the Citizen pack. Where would i get the half gains from?

You gain 700 HP. That is your gain. Chakra Control would be 1/2 of that (350) divided by 10, so 35% to Chakra Control, as well as 35 to your Ex Stats
