1. I mean, I'll change it to a normal Chakra Drain if you think that's appropriate enough.

3. Ok. I leave it as is minus drains being halved.

4. The Rinnegan Sp. Effects are almost like a version two. Upgrading the technique, as it allows for a more fluent use of Omnyouton while active. That was my thinking behind it.

Nature Energy Catalyst: How much does the tree absorb at one given time? 80 energy like you can per action? What is the rate of gain? Do you just gain it after creation the 25% percent? I am sure this is doable, but the wording isn't clear in how it works.

Also i would like to discuss with Grave regarding the cost, but if you can justify using it as regular chakra to draw nature energy, then its good to approve.


The Negation immunity now is much clearer and workable for this version, for chakra-cost negation effects. It is a better version and more fair. I approve this jutsu. (and jealous )

Finally, your Beast Bind looks much clearer now with the limit it has. I feel this is not only more possible, but fairer for such a powerful technique. Rinnegan special effect now is acceptable too. So this jutsu is approved.

Last thing for us to figure out is the nature energy one, but that should be resolved by tomorrow I hope. ^^

1. It gathers at the same rate. I have to touch it to gain what it had collected (which, to be clear, costs an action). The 25% is the capacity in which it can retain. How much it could hold. So if it reaches that capacity, it cannot collect anymore until it is emptied.
I'm very ok with it being Nature Chakra, I'm unsure how Grave would justify it.

The ruling is in. You MAY use regular chakra to do this jutsu because its Wood Release. (Silly rule, but there you have it) . Anyway dude, your all clear and all your jutsu and items are approved. Be sure to write up any final changes we agreed upon and all good.

.Gesshoku Mask -- I suggest you simply make it more of an upgrade in which "Adds effect of previous item to a new one"-- for simplicity sake, the money amount is fine.

Dragon Phantom no Bijuu ---There is too many effects for S class jutsu. Maximum should be 3 so you will have to trim down this one.

Shouton: Chakra Emitter : Id put the sheer requirement that you need Rinnegan active to cast for any kind of 6 paths jutsu, but that is debatable but if you put that in-- approved.

Jigoku Tsukiyomi (God of the Moon Hell) --keeps in place with new rules so-- approved.

I'm ok with most of these. I will note some of my proposed additions or changes below:
- Can you send me the text format of your coding here? I like to save it in my own word doc
- Removal of Space Hop. I don't want to use that as one of my 5 T/S jutsu.
- Sand & Paper System, being that it is like it's own gauge, I would request that each system and a # of jutsu used under said system be counted as one action, for each jutsu really kind of needs one or more prerequisite techniqes before performing. IE, in order to use Sand Rain, I must first use Sand Summoning and Sand Storm. They play off of each other.
- Nature Roots: This technique also acts as a way to activate puppets.
- Sennindama: I'm going to remove this, and come up with a new technique, if that is ok. I'll work on this later, once we're completely settled here.
- I will redo puppets soon.
- I will disband the Lydeck Styles for now
- Jigoku Tsukiyomi: Remove the aging effect (it is only a temporary effect, so it's more for RP dramatics anyhow) and + Sp. Effect: Can be used as Special Training Grounds. Additional Drawback: Takes 'X' Days for attributes to return to normal. Gained attributes do not apply until after 'X' Days.
- Redone version: Omnyouton: Dragon Phantom no Bijuu  -
Chakra & PE Cost: 85%

Effect:Drains 40% MAX Chakra (White Phantom) or 30% MAX Stamina (Black Phantom) on impact| Phantom’s lifespan extends to following post (second opportunity to bind if misses the first time. Must reroll.)
Sp. Effect:Mixed Phantom(During Rinnegan Activation): Both Drain Effects & -15% Nexus Upon Impact for 4 posts
Restriction: This technique doesn’t work on Bijuu or Cloaked Jinchuriki | Can only have 2 Phantoms out at a time MAX
- Katon to Enton: Would like to add + Burning effect (10% of DMG dealt = Direct Damage for # of Posts (E - D = 1 Post| C - B = 2 Post | A - ?= 3 Post)

The coding part is up located at the top, I was able to edit the message to allow you to review or use it to edit things.

- Space Hop can be removed.

- No, As the combat system allows a player to gain a extra attack with the use of either Item or x2 Dex over opponent at the target of their turn.

- No, Nature Root shows that it does not do that. It speaks of doing it but as I said. It must say it in the effect, to which I approved of its transferring ability. If its to be used to move puppets then it will be classed as a Senjutsu.

- You show that you bio has 5 Seeds when a player can have a max of 3. You must completely have an updated version of your bio presented by PM on site or discord to continue, your bio will remain locked until time of everything is fixed.

- The Sharingan still shows that you have Eye of Insight & Hypontism at 6/6, I have stated that you must choose one to keep as the removal of the other must be completed as one's KG points spend do not transfer. As we did agree it was fine due to being unsure in the past. Now that things have changed and study has appeared that is has now changed and must follow through.

- A Player can have only 2 jobs, you have 3.

- Bio reads you have Konton, however this is a mixed element this falls under needing Yin and Yang to create.

- Scientist/Medical Add-On is denied completely, as there is no record of it in your updates being in your bio. Until way back after the updates of removing Seeds with levels.

- You have 7 Abilities that have been looked at but I see that your bio shows you have an opening for 3 Abilities remaining as well none of the abilities that have been listed are even on your bio.

My quest that we talked about allowed for the two personalities to have their own sets of Mercs. So basically, this bio absorbs the Merc Usage of both my first and second character slots.
We can further discuss if need be. Until that is resolved, I will only use 4.

That I do remember, however even so a player can only have a max of 4 Mercenaries.

Drawback: -5% Chakra per post|Takes an action to activate, but not to deactivate|Cannot attack during activation| Must wait a full post before activating again
Limit: 3 Post
3. Ability: Dual Act
Effect: Able to Simultaneously act with a puppet or outer path
Sp. Effect: Massively act on same target with multiple active paths or puppets (Must be the same action, IE, melee)
