Ring of fire can still be a WIP-- due to the fact i can't use it how i wanted. My goal was to make a 'forced confrontation that prevented escape, causing direct confrontation and discouraging 'hiding and evasion". I was NOT aiming for ??? Rank, but i can edit it . Basically for this I guess what i want at least is reduce enemy rolls, prevent escape and damage per reaction used. I can forget burning but its fire-- so i figure burn was possible.

IM glad Armory Exchange and Warrior seal is allowed and you approve of it. Same with Molten Earth Jutsu.

As for Raging Gaia-- um, how would I make that so  for an attack. What effect would the terrain have now being turned into a scorching lava?  This is suppose to be a form of attack jutsu after all.

YES-- those are the jutsu i was referring to to approve only. THe others you can disregard-- the Original inner gates I already had approved by Grave.

As for Jungle Shadow-- yes, it is player one-- as in the user of this jutsu suffers the reduction in Dex for this.

Raging Gaia the basic idea for it to be a battlefield effect is to actually best way is to show or look over at how like Mist techniques work as they have an Upkeep this keeps the lava on the field cause you are still paying OR reviewing the Suiton - Vomit Water technique I believe its called it was used by Kisame.

Jungle Shadow is good then, so you can have it approved. With it being an A rank its costs will be...415

I realize i MIGHT should of make Jungle Shadow  lower Rank E--- but its your call for such a jutsu to taijutsu evade an action.

Raging Gaia however, was suppose to be a staple attack. I am not sure how to go about the structure of it. How about this: Does it have to be a lingering effect? I figure the moment the lava stops, the ground itself becomes just black and no longer burns enemy unless designed to.

Rewriting this version:

2.Priest's Sandals
Worn by priests or other rural citizens, these light material shoes allow very little protection but offer a person the best in mobility.
Effect: +15 Dex.
(Blue print: 1X Ingot

3.Temple Wraps: Place, Feet
Near bear footed, these light weighted metallic wraps secure and protect the soles of one's feet and the top of the foot. Part of a sacred garb, it flowes with divine energy to make the wearer more agile and stronger. The metallic part makes kicks hit harder.
Effect: + Dex 15 + STR +5
(Blue Print: 1 X Ingot + 1 Gem slot optional)

4.Duel-Kusarigama
A duel weapon that is constructed of two smaller scythes, 1 foot handle with curved blades for each hand. Attached to the handles at the bottom is a steel chain that connects the two together. A versatile weapon that allows both melee and range combat. Also capable of tying up enemies.

Effect: 45 DMG + Bind STR = STR x1.50
Blue Print: X3 Ingots + 2 Gem slots optional

5.Tiger Claw
A melee one handed weapon that is worn on the back of the hand and wrist. Use of this weapon is ideal for those for close combat, and skilled to slash at an opponent. Composed of three sharpened blades and a handle for strikes with the weapon.

Blue Print: X2 Ingots + 1 Gem Slot Optional)

Priest’s Sandals Too high of an P.Effect: Should be around +8

Temple Wraps: Should have it read that is just blessed from the priests/monks that created it as well. P. Effect: STR +10 | DEX +5 (Doesn’t say anything to say makes you lighter I’d add that too for the reason it increases DEX.

Duel Kusarigama – We call Kama’s or sickles for these items. DMG: 30 | Chain Bind Strength = STR 250 and lower.

Reviewed and cleared for approved. The P.Effect are given based upon the ingot that is used. Its my fault for not informing Grave about that. so that P.Effect will vary based upon metals used and can also stack. Also adds to Damage based upon metal used.

Another jutsu and item post-- Selling 1, 3, 4 of Jutsu here for site. The rest I'll keep as personal jutsu I suppose-- just so no one else can mass replicate unless they pay me-- cause they are pretty good. But sold jutsu can still have owners that wont work on them?

It is rumored the internal temperature the caster generates from this jutsu is close to the temperature of the earth's mantle-- hotter than any material can withstand.

x No, I understand what it does but not instantly roll I will only allow it to be at least +5 but that is it. As even sensory type shinobi cannot get a 100% accurate reading of someone they are looking for as shown during the fourth shinobi war.

Its an excellent tool to use against the Silent Mist technique and other combat scenarios that makes sight impossible.

[+ Requirements + Restrictions]: Enemies must be in contact with the ground. Levitated/Flight enemies are not detected.
[+ Parent Jutsu:] < - Heightened Senses Ability.
[+ Creator:] Asura Jiin.

(4) + - Youton: Molten Core Chakra Mode- >
> User draws in the thermal energy of the ground and infuses it with their chakra-- causing an aura of lava to cloak the caster. Though its chakra manifested, it carries the same durability and intense heat of molten lava. It acts as an armor and weapon for close quarter combat. To use this jutsu makes the user one with the land and heat of the depths of the earth. To attack carelessly against this force will bring one’s own destruction upon them. It is rumored the internal temperature the caster generates from this jutsu is close to the temperature of the earth's mantle-- hotter than any material can withstand.

Okay I put 1.25 . Word of warning though, i got an inferno style chakra mode coming up that is Hi-jutsu later on ideally 1.50 so let me know what happens.


Also, the Rasengan, you didn't say anything about it so ill repost it here. But look to the spoiler sections in previous posts to see it.

5. + - Doton: Rasengan—Torment of Atlas - >
>A Variation of the Rasengan created by a rogue ninja of Iwa. Named after the Titan, Atlas who was said to hold up the very planet on his back through the sea of chaos as punishment for his crimes. Focusing enhanced earth-chakra into the Rasengan, the chakra becomes denser. Pieces of earth orbit around the sphere and it glows with a darkness like black onyx. This deceptive jutsu takes the form of a powerful attack—but its true power comes in its massive gravity it inflicts upon the target. The infused chakra that makes contact will put so much pressure on the enemy, they won’t be able to lift a finger. A truly fearful jutsu, indeed.

Note: This one may too be a bit too much. Maybe as a custom jutsu but thought I'd give it a try. The 50% debuff might not work but let me know what I can fix up. 25% might be more feasible. But you can see the attempt clearly. A Rasengan version of Doton's finest techniques.

Um, the latest post was corrections made with Grave-- from that first seciton. He and i talked it on skype, so you can check with him Its all part of the first request, and I made the changes so it should be good.

If changes are to be made its best to always keep them on the thread. This way if anything that happens while another member reviews this information will not be confused as to why its one thing when it reads something else.

This also helps me review the techniques a bit easier I'm fine if you update them through skype but remember they are still going here so just cause "Grave" said its okay it should always be shown that you say, "Okay so these are my changes with Grave as we spoke and he said, etc etc" By showing a bit of the chat information or history can help in the long run I promise just not too much.

Let me rephrase. First of all, I can't edit my previous application because after a certtain amount of time, you can't edit it. Its just how this stupid site works.

Second, id love for it to be on here, but neither you or Grave were around so he just poked at it and we discussed approachable changes on skype-- which I reposed said jutsu here. I can't help it if some people are too lazy to come on. We need more attendance to this please.

If you want, ill repost the entire jutsu section, but i have to do all the fucking coding again. I am not asking a lot from you to just go back up to a page at least and see the last formated application. Its all there, but I cannot edit it to make it more acceptable.

ALl the posts after that format are corrections.
